our packages

You know what’s great about the packages I offer? You can do your wedding your way with however many beautiful people you’d like to share it with.

Plus, if you want me to stick around for the party to keep things running smoothly and merrily (without worrying the mate you were considering to have as MC may have one/ten too many nervous beers), then I’m your gal!

Not sure what to expect?

This step by step guide will give you some insight into the client process.

step five : time to write

Now that I have your story down pat, and know exactly what you’re after for your ceremony, I will get to writing your individualised script for the big day. Can I get a yee-haw?

step six : run through

It is up to you whether you have a rehearsal or not. I cannot guarantee my availability to be there in person, however I will definitely attempt a virtual call! A rehearsal is not always necessary and some people say by doing a rehearsal, it can take away from the surprise factor on the day. So, I like to take a more ‘laxed approach, rather than a full run through. Again though, this is your decision to make! Regardless, you will get a call from me the week of the wedding to check in and answer any last minute questions you have.

step seven : it’s show time!

Eeeeee there’s nothin’ better than a wedding. I’ll be arriving an hour before your ceremony starts. Within that hour, I will set up my PA System, sound check and get the certificates ready to sign. Generally, this only takes 10 minutes so, the rest of the time will be used to check in on other vendors/guests arriving and make sure there are no hiccups. Any last minute changes to the seating/decor/etc. I will be happy to assist.

All that’s left to do is meet you at the aisle!

step eight : make it officially official

Within 1-3 days following your wedding, I will send the official certificate of marriage (signed during your ceremony), the Declaration of No Legal Impediment (signed prior to your wedding) and the Notice of Intended Marriage (signed at initial meeting) to Births, Deaths and Marriages.

step one : gimme a holla

Ideally complete the online form found under ‘contact’ OR

email me at hello@burninglovecelebrant.com OR

call/text me on 0447 620 221

I’ll endeavour to get back to you quick smart.

step two : gimme the hot goss

Once you get in touch, I will send you a pre-booking form to complete to provide me some insight into logistical details, vibe of the ceremony you’re aiming to achieve, and an opportunity to briefly tell me how great your partner and love story is (rest assured (or not) there’ll be more of this down the track too).

step three : book in a chinwag

This is where we meet up or Zoom call to get to the nitty gritty of your ceremony planning including how we’ll structure it and what we’ll include (the choice is pretty much yours to make bar the legal stuff!). It’s also where we have a thorough yet light-hearted chat about your relationship. The funny moments. The annoying quirks. The adorable mannerisms. The fun times. The important milestones. The core values. The realisations. All the things.

step four : sign the legal forms

There’s a couple of forms that need filling out. The main one being your Notice of Intended Marriage which must be signed at least one month before your wedding and no greater than 18 months before your wedding. You’ll need some supporting ID for this.

Of course, I’ll guide you through the form, most likely during our initial meet up.

step nine: get your marriage certificate

I can guide you through how to apply for a certified married certificate following your wedding. However here’s a hot tip:

Apply online at:

https://www.wa.gov.au/service/justice/civil-law/apply-marriage-certificate

OR visit in person to your local office (you can find those details at the link above).

step ten: enjoy and embrace married life

Because, well, you deserve it and love is just the best. Go you good things.
